Work
At Home Jobs
NCO employs
work at home customer service agents in select locations.
Primary responsibilities include answering incoming calls
from clients and/or customers, providing prompt resolution
to customer inquiries, and updating records in required
systems. Work at home agents are regular W-2
wage earning employees.
Requirements
- A Home Computer with
Microsoft Windows operating system.
- A separate home phone
line.
- High-speed Internet
connection with download speed of 1.5Mbps or faster (DSL
or Cable).
- High School Diploma or
General Education Degree (GED) certificate.
- Previous customer
service and/or call center experience preferred.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a
plus.
- Proficient personal
computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent
interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a
team fostered environment.
- Ability to prioritize
and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to adapt to a
flexible schedule.
