Work At Home Jobs

Convergys employs home-based call center agents in the United States, Canada and the UK. Work at home agents are assigned to handle calls for clients for which they have received training. As a Remote Agent, you will be receiving incoming calls from customers of the company's client base. The type of calls may vary depending on which account you are trained in. Call types are customer service, technical assistance or light sales clients. Home based agents are treated as regular W-2 wage earning employees.

Compensation

Starting pay is $7.75-$8.00 per hour.
