magazine fulfillment services and customer relationship
management solutions to publishers and direct marketing

Work
At Home Jobs
In addition
to its office based workforce, CDS employs agents working
out of their homes as customer service representatives,
answering inbound phone calls from magazine and product
subscribers. Work at home agents are regular W-2 wage
earning employees.
Requirements
- Candidates must live
within 60 miles of a CDS Global office location.
- Must be able to attend
4-week training program at the CDS Global office
location.
- Must have current
Internet service provider with on-line high-speed
Internet package. The minimum download speed required is
512 kbps. Candidates must provide proof of connection
speed from Internet provider (such as a copy of invoice
and/or letter from service provider) at the time of
application.
- Must have a
featureless land line phone for CDS equipment.
- Must provide clean,
ergonomic and noise-free environment in the home, during
working hours.
- Proficient verbal and
written English communication skills.
- Basic PC knowledge and
skills.
- Must be able to type
20+ wpm (typing test will be given at the time of
application).
- Customer Service
background or experience working with people preferred.
- Post
Offer/Pre-employment Health Screening & Background Check
Required.
- A set schedule will be
determined based on business needs and individual's
availability.
