setting qualified appointments. The company was founded in
1989 as "The Sales Executives Organization" before
changing its name to "Blue Zebra Appointment Setting" six
years ago.
Work
At Home Jobs
Blue Zebra
is very active in recruiting professional appointment
setters to join their work-at-home team. Blue Zebra hires agents from the United
States
and Canada. Home based employees are treated as
independent contractors versus regular W-2 employees.
Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound,
business-to-business cold calling and appointment
setting experience.
- 2-5 years experience
serving the business-to-business marketplace.
- Have comfort and skill
to navigate through all levels of an organization.
- Be an energetic,
enthusiastic, honest, hardworking, ambitious, and
results-oriented personality who appreciates a
people-focused, integrity-based, relationship selling
environment.
- Have knowledge of
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Contact
Management software, such as ACT, Goldmine,
SalesForce.com, TeleMagic, SalesLogix, Siebel or other
CRM software. ACT is preferred.
- Be available to phone
4,6 or 8 hours per day from 8:00am–5:00pm EST 5 days per
week for a total of 20 to 40 hours. Additional project
hours in administration, recruiting, script writing,
training and account management are available to
supplement the cold calling and appointment setting,
based on experience and results, for a maximum of 40
hours per week.
- Have a home office
complete with a computer equipped with MS Word, MS
Excel, printer, fax capabilities to receive only (free
eFax.com services) and internet access.
- Candidates must reside
in the US or Canada.
- Provide references
upon request.
Benefits
- Above market
compensation based on experience and skill level.
- 10%-14% increase
within 30-60 days of consistent top quality results.
- After approximately
the first 200 hours, all PAS will be eligible for a
Client Renewal Bonus. You will receive 3% of Client
Gross Revenue for the first year, 6% for the second
year, 9% for the third year, and 12% for the fourth
year.
- Financial incentives
and bonuses offered in addition to the above market
hourly rate.

Compensation
$15-$25 per hour to start
based upon experience and skill level.
Other Notes
Aside from the tax
implications of operating as an
independent contractor,
you may also incur additional expenses such as workman's
comp and general liability insurance. There may also be
other expenses involved when working with Blue Zebra. We
strongly suggest that you be sure you fully understand the
