Work From Home Jobs

ACD employs home-based agents receiving inbound pledge calls, accepting donations in support of public broadcasting stations nationwide. Work at home agents are employed as independent contractors.

Requirements

Call center experience (preferably work at home) is a MUST.
A high quality computer with high speed Internet service.
You must have a dedicated phone line without Privacy Plus, etc.
Your work space must be a dedicated office with a door.
ACD has zero tolerance for background noises during calls.
You will be required to complete all initial training before taking calls.
You are expected to complete ongoing/recurrent training.
You must remain up to date on all resources that relate to your call types.

Compensation

You are paid per minute of talk time with some incentives.

Other Notes

ACD requires that you pay a $30 fee for a background check. The company is a legitimate employer and this is a required expense if you want to work for them.
