LiveOps Named 'Company of the Year' by Entrepreneurs Foundation

LiveOps, the virtual call center company, has been named "Company of the Year" for 2008 by the Entrepreneurs Foundation, the San Francisco Bay Area organization, for its commitment to making its Community Service programs integral to the company's brand and culture. LiveOps is specifically being recognized for its integrated corporate philanthropy model, its donation programs, its social responsibility and its volunteer efforts. The Entrepreneurs Foundation awards the Company of the Year recognition to the organization that, through its activities and partnerships during the previous calendar year, clearly demonstrates its commitment to philanthropic and community involvement programs as part of their core business values.

The company built its LiveOps Foundation on three cornerstones of giving. LiveOps will set aside approximately 1 percent of current outstanding shares to be used to fund the Foundation after a liquidity event. In addition, LiveOps offers gifts of cash supporting grants for organizations that their employees support, grants for philanthropic business partners and a matching gift policy of up to $500 per employee per year. Lastly, LiveOps offers the gift of time by enabling its employees to volunteer on average 1 percent of their time to an organization of their choice, or participate in a company-sponsored event.
