NEW: 480 Work At Home
Call Center Agent Jobs for Terre Haute Indiana
National
Electronic Warranty (NEW) Announces plans for 480 Virtual
Call & Contact Center positions in Terre Haute
The
Indianapolis Star is reporting that
NEW has announced
plans to create 480 virtual customer service agent jobs in
Terre Haute as part of their rapid company expansion.
NEW provides
outsourced customer service for clients such as DIRECTV.
The company is expanding aggressively, having made similar
hiring announcements recently for the Albany Georgia,
Tyler Texas, Wichita Falls Texas, and Watertown New York
areas.
NEW employees
provide their own computer, a phone line, and high speed
internet access. In exchange they enjoy the many benefits
of working from home, including flexible hours and relief
from high gas prices and the costs associated with
commuting to work.
All NEW employees
complete training in a classroom setting, usually at a
local community college. Class sizes are limited to 20
people and training lasts for six weeks. After one class
is completed, they begin training 20 more.
Wages for NEW
customer service agents are $10 per hour during training
and in their initial entry-level position.
Readers
interested in applying for one of the NEW Terre Haute
positions are encouraged to contact the Terre Haute
Chamber of Commerce to learn when and where job interviews
will be conducted. You can also visit the
NEW Virtual Call Center Company Employer Profile for
more information, including how to apply online.
