NovaTel, Ltd. and Five9,
Inc. Enter into Joint Marketing Relationship
Partnership
will greatly expand the reach of Five9 products and allow
NovaTel to provide value added services to its contact
center customers
NovaTel, Ltd., a U.S.-based provider of international long
distance services to domestic and international call
centers, and Five9, Inc., the leading global provider of
on-demand call center solutions, today announced a joint
marketing agreement for NovaTel to resell the Five9
Virtual Call Center in the United States, the Philippines,
India and Latin America.
Five9 Virtual Call Center products enable companies to
build a comprehensive, feature-rich call center –
anywhere in the world – by leveraging a hosted model
that offers cost-savings and eliminates the need to
purchase premise-based equipment. This capability will
allow NovaTel's call center customers to quickly build and
change the size of their contact centers, depending on
business needs.
