Job Description

AnythingWeather is in the process of putting together a team of at home call center agents to make outbound telemarketing calls on behalf of our clients and our company as well as field inbound calls for various services we provide our clients.

Responsibilities

Outbound calls to homeowners and businesses using auto-dialer.
Answer incoming calls.
Deliver standardized scripts and appointment setting.
Take customer information.
Offer additional services/programs.
Perform related duties as required.
Achieve assigned sales or appointment goals.
Follow-up with customers if needed.
Achieve and maintain satisfactory quality monitoring and efficiency goals - all calls will be recorded for quality assurance purposes.

Requirements

Personal Computer.
High-Speed Internet access.
Must be at least 18 yrs old.
High School diploma or GED.
Call center experience preferred - will consider retail.
6 months previous customer service or sales experience demonstrating strong sales ability.
Basic keyboarding and data entry skills.
Demonstrated organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to handle rejection/stress.
Ability to establish rapport and build chemistry with customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Instant Messenger and navigating the Internet.

Benefits

Work at home.
Commission-based pay for performance.

Compensation

Commission $5.00 to $40.00 per lead or sale depending on the program. Agents are independent contractors and paid based on performance.
