Description
SITEL is currently looking
for bright, friendly people with computer and customer
service experience to work from home as customer service
agents. Successful applicants will provide inbound phone
customer care from home, including, but not limited to,
billing inquiries, account or product information
questions, product or service orders, installation
scheduling, or technical product trouble shooting.
Requirements
General Requirements:
- You must be able to
work a flexible schedule and train on-site at the
Albuquerque Call Center for 5 weeks.
- Computer and Customer
Service experience.
- Designated office
space free from distracting or background noise.
- Dedicated Personal
Computer.
- High-speed Internet
connection (No wireless).
- A dedicated analog
traditional land line telephone (No wireless, VOIP or
cordless phones allowed). Phone must be free from
additional services such as: call waiting, message
services, 3 way calling etc.
- Plantronics M175
headset.
Personal Computer
Requirements:
- Minimum Pentium IV or
equivalent processor - 1.6ghz required; 2.0ghz or better
preferred.
- 512 MB of RAM
required, 768 MB or better preferred.
- Microsoft XP operating
system.
- Microsoft Internet
Explorer 6.0.
- A monitor capable of
display resolution of 800x600.
- Anti-virus and
Anti-Spyware software configured to receive updates.
- A compatible sound
card.

Compensation
Undisclosed hourly rate
