Job Description

21st Century Real Estate & Investment is seeking telemarketers to work from home setting appointments. You will be calling homeowners facing foreclosure to help them save their homes. Credit and Equity is not a factor. Everyone qualifies. We give the homeowner a fresh start with a fixed rate mortgage and lower monthly payments. We are able to help residents of any state in the United States.

Requirements

Sales and marketing experience is a must.
Phone sales experience required.

Compensation

$250 per appointment leading to a closed sale. Agents will know if the sale was closed on the same day they give us the lead. If the borrower is willing to let us go to their house which is 98% of the time we have a sale.
