Job Description

Yeh! for Games, Inc. is looking for a part-time Customer Service Rep who can work from home for a few hours a day (Telecommuting & flexible schedule). He or she should have a background and/or strong interest in massively multiplayer online games (MMOGs and MMORPGs), especially World of Warcraft. In this position, you will be the primary contact (email, phone, live chat) for customers asking about their current orders. You will also communicate with potential customers about our online services. Due to the privacy of our customer accounts, you will not have access to customer account passwords (Don't worry, you can still do this job 100% efficiently without knowing customer account passwords.)

Yeh! for Games, Inc. is not affiliated with the game maker of World of Warcraft (Blizzard Entertainment), our company provides services within the virtual gaming world such as helping people level their characters, aka powerleveling. We also help customers earn PvP honor points, and get them WoW arena gear in the World of Warcraft.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Familiarity with using Skype.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective listening skills.
Basic use of Microsoft Excel.
Requires attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
Must be an effective self-starter with results oriented ambition.
Fast speed DSL/Cable internet at home is a must.
Having played the World of Warcraft® and reached level 70 is a plus.

Compensation

Hourly rate to be determined/discussed.
