About the opportunity: EMSI is looking for qualified
candidates to join their team of work from home
caseworkers. This is a home-based, part-time position
requiring 35 hours hour per week.
Responsibilities:
Locating and retrieving medical records on insurance
applicants by calling medical facilities.
Verifying the applicant information.
Negotiating the medical fees and the expedition of the
records.

Requirements
- A professional and
articulate phone voice.
- Ability to establish
rapport, and follow a script as a conversation.
- Strong interpersonal

- Excellent spelling.
- A reliable personal
computer.
- High Speed Internet
Access via hardwire connection.
- Quiet home work
environment during scheduled work and training hours.
- Prior call center or
medical office experience.
- Prior customer service
experience.
- High school diploma or
GED equivalent preferred.
- Highest level of
integrity.
- Commitment to
excellence.
- Detail oriented.
- Team player.
