Bilingual Home Based
Customer Service Reps (Virtual Call Center)
Galileo is currently seeking
at home agents to take inbound calls from Galileo
customers. We are looking for individuals who are capable
of managing English or Spanish speaking customers. In this
position you will be taking inbound calls from
cardholders. You will explain card benefits, transactions
and card fees to customers as well as interact with
merchants.

Requirements
- Must live in the 801
area code.
- Must be available to
train on-site at our Salt Lake City Call Center for a
minimum of 6 weeks.
- Cable broadband
internet connection (no DSL).
Compensation
$9.50 an hour to start.
