Job Description:

Home Agent Sales Associates answer incoming calls regarding our exciting sweepstakes offer from the comfort of their home. The Sales Associate offers the caller the opportunity to purchase over 200 magazine titles at extremely reduced rates. There will be no outbound dialing required. Candidates must have strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work self sufficiently in a distraction-free home office environment.

This position requires that you reside in the state of Florida. In addition, you must be able to attend two weeks of paid training in our Clearwater, Florida facility.

Computer Requirements:

Operating System: Windows XP; XP Pro x64 is not currently supported
- CPU: 800 MHz or greater

RAM (memory): 1 GB or higher
Monitor: must support 800 x 600 video resolution
Hard Disk Space: 1 GB (free) minimum

Operating System: Vista; Vista 64-bit editions are not currently supported
- CPU: 1 GHz or greater
- RAM (memory): 1 GB or higher
- Monitor: must support 1024 x 768 video resolution
- Hard Disk Space: 15 GB (free) minimum
High-speed Cable or DSL connection, such as Bright House Networks’ RoadRunner or Knology is preferred.
Anti-Virus Software with any build-in firewall features disabled.
A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) battery back-up
A direct phone connection devoted exclusively to this application.
