InfoCision has been in business for over 25 years and operates 32 call centers in addition to employing agents working from home. The company specializes in fundraising for non-profit organizations but also provides outsourced customer service and sales support for various clients.

Work From Home Jobs

Work from home agents are primarily engaged in conducting outbound calls for various non-profit clients of the company, soliciting donations on behalf of these organizations. Agents may also be trained to handle inbound customer service and sales calls. Home based agents are treated as regular W-2 wage earning employees.

Requirements

General Requirements:

• Currently in order to qualify for the Work at Home program you must be a resident of Ohio or West Virginia and live outside of one of their call center areas. (If you are a resident of Ohio or West Virginia, you can determine if you are outside of their call center areas and eligible for employment by visiting the link provided at the bottom of this page.)

Computer-Phone Requirements:

• Computer Operating System: Windows XP Professional, Home Edition, or Tablet PC Edition with Service Pack 2; Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4; or Windows Vista.
• Computer Hardware: Intel Pentium III or equivalent processor, 128MB of RAM, Video Card and monitor capable of displaying 1024 x 768 screen resolution.
• Microsoft Internet Explorer Browser 5.5 or greater.
• Cable or DSL high-speed Internet connection with a minimum of 1.5 to 3.0 Mbps Download speed and 384 to 512 Kbps Upload speed.
• Corded landline phone - no cell phone, VOIP phone or cordless phones.
• Antivirus software current with latest virus definitions.
• Antispyware software current with latest definitions.

Benefits

• Paid Training.
• Agents working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for health insurance after 90 days of employment.
• After six months a full time agent will have earned about one week of paid vacation.

Compensation

$8.50 per hour to start.
