How Much Do Virtual Call Center Jobs
Pay?
How much you can make as a virtual call center agent depends largely
on the company you work for and job type. Generally
speaking, virtual call center jobs pay between $8 and $16 per hour.
Some positions requiring specialized skills and training pay even more
and may require professional licenses, degrees and/or experience. Bilingual
agents fluent in both English and Spanish are in great demand and can
make up to $2 per hour more than their non-Spanish speaking peers for
the same work.
The company you work for may also offer incentive pay or a bonus
program based on performance. For some types
of work, such as outbound sales and appointment setting, employers
routinely base pay and/or bonuses on performance. Earnings can vary
greatly when doing these jobs. It's not unusual for top performers to
make $20+ per hour.
Agents willing to work non-traditional hours, such as
nights, weekends and holidays may receive a premium in addition to
their standard pay rate.
