John Nichols and sells contact lenses by phone and through its Web site.
Work From Home Jobs
The company employs over 250 Customer Service Representatives (CSR's)
in a traditional land-based call center and a virtual call center operating 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Work at
home agents are treated as regular W-2 wage earning employees.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read and interpret documents such as policy/procedures
manual and customer order forms

Exceptional communication skills (oral, written, listening)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and
prioritize multiple tasks

Ability to calculate figures and amounts

Excellent keyboarding skills (35 WPM minimum)

Excellent computer skills, including internet proficiency

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Outstanding customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)

Steady work history
-
Six months customer service and six months sales experience required
Additionally, you must work 4-6 months in the company's
Draper Utah call center to earn your way into a work at home position.

Compensation
CSR's start at $10 per hour plus bonus pay based on performance, with
performance reviews for possible pay increase every 6 months.
